The hotel's location proved fabulous. It was so central. The bed was comfy. I found it convenient to be within a short walk of many attractions and the river, maybe 20 minutes at most. Everything was NEARBY.
Unfortunately, there weren't enough places to put toiletries in the bathroom. This made it a bit tricky to keep everything organised. I hope they will make the adjustment SOON.

The room i received was not properly cleaned. there was dust present on multiple surfaces. in addition, the mini-fridge was not working. I was unable to store any beverages. i did report this issues to reception, no immediate solution was provided at the time.

The staff was very friendly. my room included an amazing smart tv. i enjoyed a rich breakfast with fresh ingredients. location was perfect. I could walk to venceslas square in just a few minutes.
i found only slight lime residues in the corners of the shower enclosure. but the stay was wonderful!

FANTASTIC stay!

The room featured a smart tv perfect for streaming, along with a spacious shower with enough room for personal items. The staff was friendly and helpful ALL the time.. It is also a short walk to the train station and the main square. Near the hotel there are several supermarkets and dining options.
The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. I felt quite uncomfortable due to the ridge in the middle.
